1.5kg can Extra Light Malt Extract
1.5kg can Wheat Malt Extract
400g light DME
300g rolled oats
200g Dextrose
200g Carapils
The oats and carapils were mini-mashed for around 60 minutes in about 6L of water @ 67ish.
A short boil of 20 minutes
30g chinook @ 20m
Drop temp to ~80
20g Citra, 20g Columbus hopstand for 20m
Pitched with US05 - fermentation around 20-22C (no temperature controlled fridge here!) at around 20psi.
Dry hopped through the top after 2 days
50g citra
30g columbus
Wrapped up after 5 days!
First run of the iSpindel - turns out I'd boned the calibration so was only useful for temperature this time around.
