The editor
The heavily modified Livingdocs-based page editor allows for full in-place page editing and layout capabilities, as well as dynamic in-CMS management of new components.
This is coupled with the Prose Mirror based wysiwyg editor for in-place content editing - this provides for a more contextual approach to page editing that makes it easier to understand exactly how content changes will affect the site.
Layouts are fully editable within the page - this can either be just a content area of a wider theme, or the ability to fully customise the entire page layout. Combined with the user templates module to provide template-level rendering logic, complex page layouts can be configured and authored entirely within the CMS with no external code required.
